To summarize, we've had 100% success over the past decade with shipping to Europe and Australia via Canada Post's Small Packet International service. Most jewelry items will cost out at a flat rate of $7.00 USD for international delivery.
This pricing does NOT include a tracking number or insurance. If you require either of those, sorry but the cost is $14 USD and the package can accommodate many items.

Custom orders require prepayment.

Do you accept layaway transactions?
yes, of course. Contact us with your preferred payment schedule &/or terms. We will reserve your item(s) and will forward revised invoicing for paypal payment.
Your item ships as soon as full payment has been received.
Layaway payments are non refundable.

YES! our payment gateway with PayPal is configured to allow direct credit card payments.
You DO NOT need to sign in to PayPal in order to purchase from us.

Can I order something that is now sold out?
Maybe.
If we still have the materials we can replicate a sold item. Some of our gemstones are rare cuts & unique specimens though, meaning that once our stock is depleted we would have to suggest replacement components (substitute gem colour, shape, cut etc.).
NOTE: Our metal creations are of late moving toward the metalsmithed, handforged and one of a kind genres. We do not use mass production techniques or even casts & molds. ALL of our items are hand worked.
This means we will do our best to perfectly match your item(s) to conform to pictures of sold out pieces but minor nonconformities will always occur in this type of artwork. Please drop us a line if you require this service.
